My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were large, well cared for, and comfortable, although being inside the building with no windows and near the noisy elevator was a downside. The service was very nice and helpful, despite some noise from rooms with balcony openings on the main road. The location was ideal for our plans, close to Marine Drive and convenient for business travelers. The dining experience was basic but sufficient. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
The hotel is in a fabulous location, just across Marine Drive, providing clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, the dining options could have been better, and Wi-Fi is not included in the price.
The hotel offers somewhat small rooms with sideways-opening balconies, typical of Indian hotels. The room, priced at over 70 € a night, which is on the higher side like $200 per night in the US, was clean and well-equipped. The WiFi was slow and not very stable, but manageable overall.
The hotel's location is another plus, being just opposite good restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious, facing the courtyard with some noise from the kitchen staff. The service is courteous but lacks privacy with frequent door knocking. The dining experience is decent but a bit limited in choices at the rooftop. The location is excellent, close to Churchgate Station and Marine Drive, and within walking distance of South Mumbai's interesting buildings.
My stay at the hotel was relaxing and convenient. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, although slightly affected by noise from the lift motor room.
